I think that there could be several difficulties implementing digital storytelling in an elementary classroom. The biggest problem I can foresee happening would be each child needing a lot of individualized help, because technology can be extremely difficult especially when its being introduced as a new idea. Also, it could be difficult to implement because some students may not have the means to work on the assignment at home but may need the extra time, so that could cause quite a bit of difficulty. As long as these issues were planned for and preventative action could be taken, digital storytelling would be a extremely fun activity!

with a young class you would probably do one big class project and work on it all together - or have students contribute parts or work on their part during a station.
